These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and lick33 ("lick33", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the lick33 website located at https://lick33.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered therein.

By accessing the lick33 website, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the lick33 platform and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with the account closure procedures described in these Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered on lick33 in accordance with the registration procedure set out in these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, deposit match, free spins allocation, cashback credit, reload offer or other incentive made available by lick33 to eligible Users, subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "Cashier" means the deposit and withdrawal processing interface within the lick33 platform through which Users initiate financial transactions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by lick33 in order to verify a User's identity, age and payment details prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by the operator.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, used as the primary working currency on the lick33 platform for eligible Pakistani Users.
• "Platform" means the lick33 website, mobile-optimised site, and all related software, tools, features, games and services accessible through https://lick33.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction in which accessing or using the lick33 platform is unlawful, restricted or requires a licence that lick33 does not hold.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of bets that must be placed by a User as a condition of withdrawing bonus-derived winnings, as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sports market, casino game, live dealer table or any other betting product available on the Platform.

Access to lick33 and the right to register an Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained continuously throughout the duration of your Account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction, at the time of registration. lick33 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. Access by minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether using lick33 is lawful in your country or territory of residence.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be under any legal disability that prevents you from entering into contracts.
• No Prior Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order issued by lick33 or any other gambling operator or recognised responsible gambling scheme.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at the time of registration and throughout the account lifecycle must be truthful, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

To access real-money features on lick33, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where required, a valid contact telephone number.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on lick33. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. lick33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. lick33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

lick33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. lick33 may freeze account funds during a pending KYC review.

By using the lick33 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree that you will not use the Platform in any manner that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or contrary to these Terms.

You may use lick33 to browse available betting markets and casino games, register and manage a personal Account, deposit funds, place wagers and withdraw winnings in accordance with these Terms, and access account management and responsible gambling tools.

You must not use the Platform for any of the following:

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities or loopholes for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or copy any part of the Platform's software or content.

lick33 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that odds, game rules, promotional terms and all other information displayed on the Platform are accurate at the time of publication. However, lick33 does not warrant that all information is free from error and reserves the right to correct manifest errors without prior notice.

All deposits to your lick33 Account must be made using payment methods that are available and displayed in your Cashier at the time of the transaction. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

lick33 recognises that Pakistani users are familiar with local payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These names are listed as familiar reference points only. Their actual availability in the Cashier must be verified at the time of deposit. lick33 does not represent that any named payment provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with online gambling or with lick33 specifically. Each payment provider operates its own terms of service, which apply independently.

Deposits and Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for eligible Pakistani Users. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are determined by the payment provider and are not controlled by lick33.

Minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in the Cashier at the time of initiating a deposit transaction. These amounts are subject to change. A deposit that falls below the applicable minimum may not be credited to your Account.

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your Account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will, wherever technically and operationally possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Processing times vary by method. lick33 will initiate approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, though final receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's own processing schedule.
• lick33 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or the account has not previously completed a withdrawal.
• Active bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

lick33 may apply daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits to accounts based on account status, verification level, or other operational criteria. Any applicable limits will be displayed in the Cashier.

lick33 offers various promotional incentives to registered Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to individual offer terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotional offer terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: A maximum stake limit per bet applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributable to it.
• Game Contribution Rate: Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Contribution percentages are listed in the applicable promotional terms. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage or nothing at all.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date or period, stated in the offer terms. Bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met before expiry.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain bonuses carry a maximum withdrawable amount derived from bonus play. Amounts exceeding this cap may be forfeited at the time of withdrawal.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Where a deposit is required to activate a bonus, the minimum qualifying deposit amount is stated in the offer terms. Deposits below this threshold will not trigger the bonus.

lick33 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and suspend or terminate accounts where it reasonably suspects that bonus offers are being abused, exploited, or manipulated in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. This includes but is not limited to the use of hedging strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit from bonus terms.

All bets placed on lick33 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this clause, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules shall take precedence over these general rules.

A bet is accepted only when a bet confirmation reference number is issued by the lick33 system. Bets that do not receive a confirmation number — due to connectivity issues, browser closure or any other reason — should be treated as not placed. lick33 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to technical issues on the User's end.

In the event that odds or betting markets are published in error — including but not limited to obvious mis-pricings, duplicate markets or system errors — lick33 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Users' Accounts, regardless of whether the bets were placed before the error was identified. lick33 will not profit from manifest errors and will not honour bet settlements based on clearly erroneous odds.

Live in-play bets are offered during applicable sporting events including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football and UFC. Odds during live betting reflect the state of play at the time the bet is offered and may change rapidly. lick33 reserves the right to suspend live markets, reject bets or void in-play bets where the result is already known or where a material event has occurred that has not yet been reflected in the displayed odds.

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed at the point of bet placement for each market. lick33 reserves the right to set individual bet limits for any User account without prior notice.

lick33 is committed to responsible gambling and the protection of its Users from gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Users and may be activated through the account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon setting; increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period. Once a limit is reached, further betting or casino play will be restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a set period of time.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours). During a cool-off period, your account cannot be used for betting, deposits or bonus claims.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a defined minimum period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by the support team and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lick33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money through betting activity, including through deliberate loss of funds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sporting event.
• Placing bets on events whose outcome is known to the User prior to bet settlement.
• Using unauthorised software to interact with the Platform, including bots, scrapers or automated betting tools.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPNs, proxies or other circumvention technologies.
• Attempting to exploit glitches, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals in a fraudulent or abusive manner.

All content on the lick33 Platform — including but not limited to the lick33 brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data compilations and all other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of lick33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of lick33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lick33, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided therein.

lick33 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, secure from unauthorised access, or that any particular sporting event, game or betting market will remain available. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect Platform availability.

lick33 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform. All betting involves inherent financial risk. Gambling is not a guaranteed source of income. Users are solely responsible for any financial decisions made in relation to their use of the Platform.

lick33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the User has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in any prohibited conduct, or poses a risk of financial crime, fraud or harm to the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination of an Account, any active bonus funds and associated bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after completion of any required investigation may be returned to the User via the original payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no fraud, money laundering or other misconduct is involved.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the lick33 support team via the email address provided in these Terms. Any real-money balance will be returned following completion of outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holding the applicable gaming licence is incorporated or registered, as determined by the applicable operator entity. Users from Pakistan acknowledge that these Terms are not governed by Pakistani law and that Pakistani courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of this Platform.

Users located in Pakistan are solely responsible for assessing whether use of lick33 is lawful under applicable Pakistani legislation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. lick33 strongly recommends that Pakistani users seek independent legal advice if they are in any doubt as to the lawfulness of their participation.

lick33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through a notice posted on the Platform or via email to the registered account address. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The version date displayed at the top of this document represents the date on which these Terms were last modified. Previous versions are archived and available on request.
